Due to the catastrophic reviews (which we only discovered in horror 2 weeks after the order was placed), we had decided in panic to cancel the order and to organize the collection of the furniture ourselves.
After we didn't get an answer to our email within 2 days (weekend!) And no one could be reached by phone, we assumed that we had also been injured and that we would never see our money again.
On the 3rd day a call came from a very nice lady, who tried to explain the bad reviews to us and who promised to take care of the cancellation immediately.
We feared to have to pay the 80% cancellation fee (see terms and conditions), but in the end we only paid 29 euros cancellation fee and the money was already transferred on the 4th day.
We would never have dreamed of such a quick, smooth and very hard-working cancellation. We would have liked to give the company the chance to carry out the order, but we had already organized our own collection.

I want to recommend that everyone stays away from the company Mymovers / Moebeltransport.de.

First some facts about the company:

1. The website moebeltransport.de is owned by Zane Brauere from Lettland, company is registered in Spain.

2. The so called “independent” feedback / reviews website www.umzugsbewertungen-online.de which is the only site giving Mymovers / Moebeltransport.de positive feedback is owned by…..guess who ? Check at www.denic.de..it's Zane Brauere !

These two facts and the multiple complaints on this site alone should give you and the Police a pretty good idea of what this company is up to. At best they are wholly incompetent. At worst and with all probability they are ripping people off on purpose. It appears to be their business model.

How they are allowed to continue trading in modern day Germany is unbelievable to me. This is why I recommend every person who has a problem with the company to report them to the Police and vebraucherschutz.

The net is tightening around this company as we speak.
Keep the complaints coming. Post here and organise a sammelklage.

My experience. Arranged transport 6 months ago. All seemed fine at first. Eventually the goods were picked up. No paperwork, no signature. And then silence. Disappeared. The so called “versandteam” (in fact there is no team I guess it's a single person posing as a team) who reply via email are really clever at assuring you all is ok and making you wait another few weeks. Eventually after months of waiting I suspected something was wrong and a quick internet search led to the article

Repeated calls to the company went unanswered but keep trying and you might end up speaking to a lady who is also well trained in putting you off, telling you she is just a secretary and needs to speak to the “team” who will get back to you. Don’t believe that there is a team or that they will get back to you. The sad truth here is that it’s hard not to come to the conclusion that this company makes their money by arranging transports that they never intended to carry out.

Threats of reporting issues to the Police are responded to with a warning that you will be prosecuted for Nötigung.
Don’t worry this is an empty threat which you can ignore. As others here have mentioned they may insult you and
will certainly lie. In my case by claiming the goods had never been picked up when they had them all the time in a transport hall.

My recommendation. If you have legal insurance contact your lawyer. He will recommend you send a registered letter
to the company billing them for your transport costs and any missing goods. Please note they have changed address.

Give them a date at least two weeks ahead at which point you expect the delivery or your costs for goods and transport refunded. If this does not result in delivery then take further legal steps. Keep cool and don’t get frustrated. It’s sad to think that day in, day out the people involved with this company rip off ordinary citizens who often don’t have money to spare. They should be ashamed. I have a family and work and precious little time to follow up an issue like this. However I suspect they continue because people do give up.

The above mentioned steps did in fact result in delivery of my goods but only after 6 months, lots of time and after involving the Police and a lawyer. My goods were dusty and slightly damaged but after months of emails, calls and frustration I was just happy to have them delivered.

My hope is that this helps others in some way and I look forward to seeing this company shut down soon.

Unfortunately I only came across this page now. At the beginning of November I commissioned a cargo ship. The goods were picked up in mid-November.

After four weeks I asked about the goods. I was told on the phone that it could take longer because of the holidays. Alsvixh called again at the beginning of January and said that they would ask the shipping company for me. The goods are in an interim storage facility. No answer since then. Nobody can be reached by phone and there is no response to emails.

I had organized a small move. The boxes contain some personal items and mementos :(

Can someone tell me when you last had contact? Has anyone called the company in the last few days?

Same experiences: cabinet transport commissioned at the beginning of January; Pick-up only after urging (late); Refund of additional premium not made; Cabinet not yet delivered; where remained unknown (e-mails are not (no longer) answered; no one can be reached by phone.
Research in Berlin showed that in Mühlenstr. only one mailbox exists. Lt. GF Brauere has practiced a similar "business model" abroad for web research.
In the meantime I got a strange call, which leads me to suspect that other actions will also be "balanced out".
Criminal charges have been filed and appropriate measures taken.

I can only strongly advise against this platform.
On December 14th the company has received the amount to be paid in advance. The transport, which should take place within 10 working days after receipt of payment, has not taken place until today (25.01.2018). Callback requests will not be followed up. On my last complaint email, the order was canceled by the company, and I'm still waiting for the refund! Apparently I only gave one afternoon a week to choose from - with the shipping company that contacted me and gave me the following dates to choose from:
Wednesdays from 12:00, all day, Wed from 12:00, Sat and Sun all day.
Neither the shipping company nor the so-called mediation platform are now available.
I think I'll file a complaint now!

On March 6th, I paid the company for the transport of a picture. Until today it has not been picked up and I am always put off. Today I got such an unfriendly e-mail from a Mr. Dieter Meins when I asked, I phoned our legal protection insurance and will now also hire a lawyer.
Unfortunately, I didn't read the recessions beforehand, I only came across the site today. The website and the request went very professionally. You immediately get a cost estimate, after payment an invoice and the started order. But that's about it. In the meantime I'm glad that the picture is still at home when I read the stories here. I will now repay the buyer of the picture half of the transport costs (we shared these). I hope that I won't be left with the 159 euro that I paid in advance. I can only warn against this company. And now the answers are getting pretty cheeky, I should book a direct journey if I can't wait any longer. Are you crazy ! The contract states 10-14 working days, sometimes a little longer in the outskirts. But you don't expect a waiting period of 2 months. And we don't live in a suburb, but in the Rhein-Neckar district, right on the motorway.

Can only advise against sending furniture with the company, incomprehensible what is still doing something on the Internet. The price is cheap, but your furniture is treated like bulky waste. Everything is lumped together and boxes are torn open !!
I absolutely cannot recommend it. In addition, half of the time moebeltransport.de doesn't even know where your things are and you are only persuaded that the things should come soon. In addition, nobody answers the phone when you try to contact the company. The customer comes third here, very unprofessional and I absolutely cannot recommend anyone. Better move the furniture yourself or get yourself a reputable company and pay the 200-300 € extra! It is by no means worthwhile to commission transport here.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the previous speakers. Ordered a cargo from this company in November. This would also be picked up about 1 week later and has been on the way to Berlin (von Burscheid) since then. Mails are usually not answered at all or in a standardized way. I was given a delivery period in January that was not met. Last info: The piece of furniture can no longer be found. I have now issued a warning with a deadline. Letter came back undeliverable! It's all very annoying. I will definitely file a complaint. I can already see my money dwindling ... unfortunately!

Unfortunately, I fell for this company too. I had the same experience as everyone else and canceled my contract before handing my old cabinet over to this company for transport. The constant consolation about the appointment made me suspicious. Unfortunately, I read the experience reports too late. The money paid is probably very difficult to get back.
You should keep your hands off this company. An advance payment or prepayment violates the legal regulations §§ 415/420 HGB and are not permitted.

- On February 13th I read the AGS and placed and paid for the order for € 149. Since I couldn't enter pick-up times anywhere, I immediately asked where I could enter pick-up after 6 p.m. after placing the order. They replied that they would not offer an evening pickup. More than once I tried to call the given phone number and also wrote emails. Unfortunately not very successful and only answered very slowly.
On February 15th I received the order confirmation, in which it was stated for the first time that the regular pick-up time is between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. There is nothing to be read about this in the terms and conditions.
On 28.2. they finally answered my request for information about regular pick-up times and referred to the order confirmation, which I had sent to me on February 15th, after my urgent inquiries.
- According to the terms and conditions, € 71.20 was mentioned as possible cancellation costs, although I complained that there was no mention of these restricted pick-up times when I entered the order. I waived the cancellation.
The company contacted the family at the pick-up location by phone to arrange a possible pick-up date. But due to the later limited pick-up times, another porter would have been needed. For this, another 39 € should be paid. I refused and suggested the following solution:

In fact, I managed to reach the company by phone. I agreed with them that they should let them know 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up. On March 15th the pick-up location was contacted and I was sent a copy of the possible pick-up times in writing. Only one day was not feasible. It was explicitly stated in the minutes of the interview that a notice should be given 1 day in advance. => In fact, the shipping company sent an SMS at ~ 11pm the day before that the chest of drawers should be picked up in the early morning of the next day, which was explicitly transmitted and logged as excluded. That was not 24 hours before and also by chance on the day that was explicitly excluded.
- I did not receive an answer to my inquiries and an attempt was made to make a new appointment.
- I tried many times to reach Forma Moving World by email and phone. Without answer and success. Sometimes you don't even get a ringtone on the given phone number. I finally set the date April 20 to contact the pick-up location and arrange a pick-up date.
-On April 20 In the afternoon I got an email that I would try for the last time (?? !!) to find an appointment. We waited on April 25th. in vain to contact us.
- Then I sent the company on April 25th. the request to dissolve the contract by mutual agreement, since from my point of view they are apparently unable to fulfill the promises made.
- On April 30th I was informed by email that the contract had been canceled and that the cancellation costs would now be 80% of the amount paid of 147 €.
- On 2.5. I asked for clarification on the basis on which the cancellation costs would now have increased. No answer so far. I have not yet received the remaining 20% of the amount to be reimbursed. I hope it will come.

Order placed for loading .. the things were also picked up in October 2017 .. it was supposed to be delivered from brandenburg to the ruhr area only boxes and a wardrobe .. today after almost a year of waiting there is still no trace of the wardrobe. ..we will probably never see him again .. only threats and snappy replies to inquiries .. if you react angrily yourself, which is understandable in this case, you only get the threat that you get mail from the lawyer yourself .. move away the closet .. money away .. a shame.

Armchair was delivered broken at some point without notice. Recipient did not accept. Since then the chair has been lost. My lawyer has been taking care of him ever since.

The low price and the apparently easy handling "lured" me.
At first everything seemed great, but then nothing more happened.
When asked, one was put off week after week.
After waiting 7 weeks, I looked for reviews and read the terrifying news.
Then I pulled out all the stops to somehow get out of the story unscathed. What felt like 100 emails later, which also contained threats of legal action, I got at least 75 percent of the payment made.
Very very annoying!

I can only fully agree with all the negative things that are reported here, that's exactly what I'm experiencing.
There isn't really a trained call center behind it either, they either don't answer at all or answer with meaningless statements. At least they have no idea .. And if you read through the newspaper article, I guess how it works. I myself come from the shipping business and know my way around.
Inquiry comes in, offer is made (standard offer as well as their answers without really dealing with it), money is collected and the order, if that happens at all (pure guesswork), is forwarded to someone. And that was it. In my opinion, there are no interfaces to the commissioned companies, which then also have to communicate the status of the order. Everyone knows that from DHL and others by now, even as a private customer you get this via email. Out of sight, out of mind, that is probably your credo. Unfortunately, the customers are just standing at your door and rightly claiming their money back. I wonder what kind of people you are who want to earn money in such a way ... Poor Germany if you have to research for days now who you can trust ... I won't give any real data here, from where to where the order is and at what price. Because then you probably won't get any more answers.

For weeks I have been waiting for a therapy couch to be transported from Grimma to Duisburg. I registered and paid for the transport on November 14th. Approx. Two days later, a Mr. Schirling called me in the evening who tried to contact the seller of the therapy couch I needed, but called me, probably because of a phone number rotator.
Then I heard nothing more, and the couch didn't arrive either. After a week I contacted the seller of the couch, who told me that the couch was still there. After threatening legal action by email, möbeltransport.de also reported back by email and told me the following as an excuse:
The driver would have reported back as follows.
"When we were down in Saxony, it was a holiday".
Calling möbeltransport.de is pointless. The answering machine starts immediately. I am now curious how the repayment behavior of möbeltransport.de is in the event of a cancellation. There are currently 169 euros in the room.
So stay away from this shop.

I already wrote a review on December 1st that my table was not delivered.
I reported to the police. All documents submitted, but no response from the police to date.
I sent a registered letter to the address of the company and it came back with the note that the recipient cannot be identified.
The table was delivered on January 10th, 2018 (the order was placed on October 18th, 2017), without fastening material and with massive damage to the table top and table legs, the suppliers did not accept anything and also had no documents on which I could make a note. I then informed moebeltransport.de about it, even received an answer and now sent them the photos with the damage. Wait and see if something comes back from them. I also informed the police about it, but so far no reaction.
I can only advise against this company! They are cheaters! I have been contacted by some who have also left a comment here and they all had the same experience.
I hope the police will do something about them!

In November 2017 I commissioned a used dentist's chair for unpacked transport from Dresden to Dinslaken. After I transferred the full amount of € 217, there was no more reaction. My inquiries were either standardized or with excuses, but when I pushed for the order to be carried out, they replied with threats. I then delivered the goods myself by car at the end of January 2018. My lawyer got the job of getting the money back. Nobody can be reached at the address on the homepage, after research by my lawyer, he has now sent the letter to a different address. I guess I lost the money. I will file a criminal complaint with the police so that these fraudsters can finally put an end to their craft.

Well, I organized something and gave in, well and then the delivery came 4 hours late, of course no one told me ... The goods then arrived at me without extra packaging material in the form of foils etc. even though I paid 80 euros for them one chest of drawers was also damaged, for which of course I have not received anything back until today ..
End result absolute catastrophe, PLEASE do not fall for this lousy club and rip you off ..
